Many promising guilds collapse within weeks because the leader fails to establish a healthy culture or enforce participation requirements.

If you mix casual players with hardcore pushers, the hardcore players will become incredibly toxic when the casuals lose war matches.

If a member fails to meet these requirements without providing a valid real-life excuse, they must be kicked immediately, regardless of their personal trophy count.
